Location: The three stand-alone homes are located in the idyllic countryside between Tolo and Drepano. The quiet area and the picturesque landscape with many orchards offers an ideal environment for a relaxing holiday. The houses themselves are in the midst of an orchard with orange, lemon and mandarin trees. Completely shielded from the everyday noise, they are a paradise for families. At each house, guests outdoor shower and BBQ available.
Shopping and entertainment venues, taverns and restaurants can be reached after about 1.5 km (Alt-Assini, Tolo) or 2.5 kilometers (Drepano). For sea water attract rats and several sandy beaches within a radius of about 2km. Along the beaches "Psili Ammos" Tolo and "Plaka" of Drepano offer water sports facilities.
Beach: about 1.1 kilometers to the bay of Old Assini, 1.5 km to the sandy beach Ammos Psili "of Tolon and 2.5 km to Sand-/Kiesstrand of Drepano.
Parking: parking in front of the houses.
House I + II - each for 4-5 pers.
Both houses are friendly and modern facilities and each have two bedrooms each with 2 single beds, a living room with extendable sofa, dining table and chairs, built well-equipped kitchen (hood), bathroom / WC, TV, air conditioning, BBQ place in the Garden and large terrace with garden furniture.
House III - 3 studios for 2-3 people each.
The house has 3 studios for 2-3 persons each. Two of the studios have one bedroom with 2 single beds and a kitchen with a bed. A studio consists of a sleeping room. All studios are modern and nicely furnished, with kitchenette, air conditioning, TV, shower / WC and terrace with garden furniture. This house stands in the garden a barbecue place.
Cleaning and linen change weekly.
